Our Story

Little Frances represents a family's dedication to artisanal winemaking spanning three generations. Named after the matriarch who first planted vines on this land, our winery continues her legacy of crafting wines that speak of place and tradition. Every bottle carries the story of our family's commitment to quality and authenticity.

Winemaking Philosophy

採用傳統法（Méthode Traditionnelle）二次發酵 ，堅持最少干預 ，多為 Zero Dosage 或 Extra Brut 風格，展現純淨個性 。

釀造工藝

小法蘭西斯採用有機葡萄種植方法，強調與自然的和諧。我們的葡萄園使用生物動力農法，不使用化學農藥。葡萄酒採用自然發酵，依靠野生酵母進行發酵過程。陳年過程中使用中性橡木桶，保留葡萄的原始風味特性。

Terroir

坐落於 Whitlands 高原，海拔約 840 公尺 ，是澳洲最高、最冷的葡萄栽培區之一 。

Winemaker

由 David 與 Sharon Burder 創立 ，現由女兒 Clare Burder 與伴侶 Pete Allen 共同管理釀造 。
